Company Policy On Returns & Exchanges
All handbags are carefully designed and handcrafted with immense attention to detail.

No Returns on Custom Orders

Once the bag is accepted and paid for by the customer there can be no returns unless there is a manufacturing error. Broken zippers, wear & tear on fabric & leather, and torn pockets or lining can be fixed for an additional fee. If resizing or changes of any kind that were not previously discussed are desired, these will be added fees.

Exchanges

If a product is purchased as a gift and the recipient is unhappy with the choice, an exchange can be made for the same price or greater as long as the bag has not been used.
