If you are interested in taking private lessons with me at my home studio, please write a little about your sewing experience.
I have a few questions that will help me to better understand what you already know about sewing and how to better guide you to have a successful set of lessons.
1.   Have you done any sewing before either on machine or by hand? 
2. Will it be possible to bring your own sewing machine? 
3. What times are best for you to come for classes?

 Usually my charge is $30/ hr this includes:
  1. The first class will be at the fabric store  to pick a pattern of a purse so that I can show you how to find fabric, stabilizer, buttons etc.
  2. Instructions of our project and any of my short cuts
  3.  Notions and threads used in the project
  4.  Any number of telephone conversations after the class for repeating any instructions or information on how to do any of the homework assignments.I like to minimize the time we spend in doing something that you can easily do at home, thereby keeping the cost of the classes down. 
  5. When you complete your first course you will be equipped to repeat the process to make a number of like bags and will have learned a lot about how to cut fabric, use certain notions, embellish, and basically have fun on your own.
 We should be done in 3 or 4 2 hr classes depending on your abilities.
